Job Description

Winnebago Public Schools is seeking a qualified Elementary teacher to meet the needs of our district for the 2023-2024 school year. Candidates must have or be able to secure proper NDE certification.

Winnebago Public Schools is located on the Winnebago Indian Reservation in northeast Nebraska, 25 miles south of Sioux City, Iowa and 70 miles north of Omaha, Nebraska on Highway 77. The facilities have been built and renovated to provide a safe and accessible 21st century learning environment.

Salary, Start Date, etc.

*$9,000 SIGN-ON BONUS* to be paid in 3 equal installments spread over 3 years.

Winnebago Public Schools offers an excellent salary and benefits package including up to full family medical insurance and life insurance paid in full by the district.

Salary is based on level of education and experience with a range from $46,029-$85,734 based on 2023-2024 negotiated contract.

Employment begins on or about August 7, 2023.
